Small and Large Business Support

• Initial Phone Call: We will schedule an introductory call with you to cover who you are and what you need to accomplish.
• On-Site Survey: A Cisco certified Network Engineer will meet with you at your place of business for the due dilligence.
• Post Survey Meeting: After the survey is complete, we will schedule a meeting with you. In this meeting, we will go over our findings, based on your requirements. This may included cabling from Carrier On-Premise DeMarc to equipment rack, router, firewall, switches, backup equipment, server(s), PCs and configurations. This may also include wireless connectivity, printers, etc. We will firm up an equipment order and create a new, detailed network design. We will then create a new project with timeline.
• Data Circuit Order from ISP: The client with our assistance will place the order for the data circuit. Multiples, if more than one location. Note that all steps are being tracked via the project timeline.
• Equipment Orders:  The client with our assistance will order all proposed equipment, shipped to the business location.
• Installation Start Day: When all required parts and data circuits are acquired, we will report bright and early. Depending on the size of the network and the number of peripherial devices, installation could take from one to five days.
• Completion: When all network and peripherial devices have been installed, configured, and tested, we will cover with the project manager or business owner the operational aspects of the network. Once our client is satisfied and happy, he will sign off on the completion. 

   The client will receive our support phone number and the owner's cell phone if any issue should occur. We will schedule a follow-up meeting at the place of business within one week after project completion to check all equipment for proper operation and answer any question.

We can remotely monitor all equipment for the busness from our office if required. The above scenerio applies to all clients, whether it be a small or large business with multiple locations.
